Virtuous Leadership by Alexandre Havard
Our first Fall session explores a different approach to leadership鈥攐ne that focuses not only on skills and performance, but also on character and virtue.
In Virtuous Leadership, Alexandre Havard examines how qualities such as humility, courage, prudence, self-control, and magnanimity can shape effective and responsible leaders. The book encourages us to think about leadership as more than a position or management technique. Instead, leadership begins with personal character and the ability to help others grow.
