Victoria is the Indigenous Initiatives Strategy, Planning & Policy Manager in the Office of Indigenous Initiatives at 91ÑÇÉ«, where she leads strategic planning, policy development, and institutional initiatives that advance Indigenous engagement and equitable, systemic change across the university.

A 91ÑÇÉ« alumna currently pursuing an MEd at the University of Toronto (OISE), her work centres on the indigenization of education, Indigenous governance, and strengthening supports for Indigenous students, staff, and faculty.

With experience spanning post‑secondary institutions, non‑profit organizations, and advocacy sectors, Victoria brings a thoughtful, people‑centred approach grounded in equity, care, and community. Her work is guided by relationship‑building, strategic clarity, and a commitment to Indigenous self‑determination within institutional structures.
