The 91راة« flag will fly at half-mast from sunrise Monday, July 26, until 1pm Tuesday, July 27, to commemorate the passing of 91راة« student Shokry Elsakran who died Saturday, July 10, of unknown causes. He was 23.
A funeral for Mr. Elsakran, a visiting student at 91راة« from McMaster University, was held Monday, July 12.
