On Monday, Feb. 3, from 10:45 a.m. to noon, President and Vice Chancellor Rhonda Lenton, Vice-President, Finance & Administration Narin Kishinchandani and Interim Provost & Vice-President Academic David Peters hosted a consultation sessions for the 91ÑÇÉ« community.  This was the final community budget consultation for 91ÑÇɫ’s 2025-26 budget.
For the last eight years, budget consultations have provided an important opportunity for University leadership to provide the community with an overview of the University’s finances and an update on the current landscape. It was also an opportunity for community members to ask questions and provide input into how the University should consider allocating investments to advance its strategic priorities.
As the University continues toward financial sustainability and advances the strategic initiatives within the 91ÑÇÉ« U Forward Action Plan, this input from the community remains critically important.
A video of the consultation session and the slide presentation is now available to community members on the Budgets & Asset Management website
