Please note: these coaching sessions are intended for alumni who graduated more than two years ago. If you graduated in 2025 or 2026, you are still eligible for support through 91ÑÇɫ’s Career Centre, where you can book 1:1 appointments with their dedicated career advisors. You can access their services and book your appointment .

In this session, you will meet with a career coach to discuss various job search strategies and resources to help you identify potential employment opportunities.

In this session, a career coach will provide you with tailored feedback on your cover letter and resume and address any specific resume or cover letter questions. Please note that given the timeframe of this appointment, it may not be possible to answer all specific questions.

Lisa Petsinis (BA ’91) is a proud 91ÑÇÉ« alumna from Glendon College and an ICF-credentialed career coach with extensive experience helping students, professionals, and leaders achieve their career goals.
Before becoming 91ÑÇɫ’s alumni career coach, Lisa built a diverse portfolio in career development and human resources with more than 10 years of career coaching experience and 20 years of HR leadership across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development. Her background as a career coach, recruiter, and HR professional gives her a unique understanding of both employer expectations and job seeker needs.
Today, Lisa supports 91ÑÇɫ’s global alumni community through one-on-one coaching, workshops, webinars, networking events, and employer engagement initiatives. She is passionate about helping alumni identify meaningful opportunities, build strong professional connections, and create fulfilling careers at every stage of their journey.
