  • exploring your career interests and developing an action plan;
  • receiving referrals and building supports across the 91ÑÇÉ« campus;
  • discussing further education opportunities and next steps.

Career Educators are available for 30-minute appointments to help you:

If you are actively enrolled in 91ÑÇÉ«'s Co-op Program you can meet with your assigned Co-op Coordinator for tips and suggestions to support you during your participation in the program. This may include feedback and tips on:

Note: If your questions are more general in nature or if you are unable to book an appointment, we strongly encourage you to attend Group Drop-ins which are scheduled on a weekly basis. During group drop-ins, you can ask your question in the main room or request to be seen 1-1 in a breakout room.

For tailored guidance, you can book a 1:1 consultation directly with the EmpowerAbility Program Manager — an accessibility and disability specialist — to navigate disclosure, understand workplace accommodations, practice speaking about your disability and to address any other specific workplace disability questions.

Appointment policies

To ensure that Co-op & Career Centre services are available to all students who need them, students may book appointments as follows:

  • up to six Job Search and Employment advising appointments with a Career Educator per semester (Resumé/Cover Letter Feedback Session, Interview Practice Session, Job Search and Employment Advising Appointments, LinkedIn Advising with maximum of two appointments per week).
  • up to six Career Counselling appointments with a Career Counsellor per semester

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide 24 hours' notice of cancellation. This courtesy allows other students, who may be looking for available slots, to book appointments.

If you do not show up for your appointment or if you cancel after 9 AM on the day of the appointment, you will receive a "No Show" notice. If you are a "No Show" for three appointments, the Experience 91ÑÇÉ« system will block you from booking any further 1:1 appointments for the remainder of the term.

Individual appointments begin promptly at their scheduled time. If you arrive late for your designated appointment time, you will be given the remainder of your appointment time only.
