My experience as a PASS Leader through the work/study program has been incredibly meaningful to my personal and professional development. Over six semesters, I facilitated weekly study sessions and supported 150–175 students in their accounting courses. Through this role, I strengthened my communication, leadership, presentation, and mentoring skills while learning how to support students with different learning styles. These skills will continue to benefit me as I pursue my Chartered Professional Accounting Designation and career in accounting.
