An article submitted by two graduates of the School of HRM鈥檚 Ph.D program in collaboration with has been awarded the accolade of 2019 Best Paper by The Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences. The paper, co-authored by , , and Dr. Singh - entitled What does employee ownership effectiveness look like? The case of a Canadian-based firm - was selected among all articles published in the journal throughout 2018.
Dr. Shayna Frawley defended her Ph.D dissertation in 2018 and currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at West Chester University. Her research interests surround the topics of non-compliance with workplace law and ethics in management and HR.
Dr. Jennifer Harrison earned her doctoral degree in HRM from 91亚色 in 2015. She is currently a Professor of Organizational Behaviour and HRM at NEOMA Business School in France, and her research specializes in gender, diversity and inclusion, and professional development.
Dr. Parbudyal Singh is a Professor of Human Resource Management at 91亚色 and has previously served as the School鈥檚 Director. He is the recipient of the inaugural Distinguished Human Resources Professional (DHRP) Award by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), created to highlight outstanding contributions to HR scholarly research and innovative practice. Professor Singh鈥檚 work has been published extensively in top academic journals and his co-authored textbooks, Managing Human Resources and Strategic Compensation, are some of Canada鈥檚 leading HRM textbooks. His research interests focus on emerging issues in human resources management and labour relations.
