Aster Smith is a 3rd year history major at 91亚色. Throughout his education, he has been an advocate for the 2SLGBTQ+ community, supplementing his knowledge with courses focused on the experiences of Queer Canadians, both past and present. He also has experience as a historical interpreter with Huronia Historical Parks, educating youth and adults on the intersection between Indigenous history and early French colonialism in Ontario. He hopes to continue to advocate for and research 2SLGBTQ+ issues across Canada throughout the remainder of his studies.
