The Global Labour Research Centre, or GLRC, is a hub for research collaboration and action on work, labour, and livelihoods, particularly in relation to
(a) activist knowledge production,
(b) climate action and environmental justice
(c) colonialism and decolonization
(d) health crises and pandemics
(e) artificial intelligence and platform technologies
(f) law, rights, regulation, and governance.
We take a broad and open-ended approach, organized around deepening pan-university and wider community linkages and building infrastructure for transformative social action.
